Gym interim

In gym I think I deserve a G for work habit because I'm always prepared for gym with my gym strip and mental preparedness. Also I work hard and try my best every time in gym. It shows to because I can see my improvement with my hard work. I see improvement the most in my running for example last Friday when we did relay races I noticed I could run a far distance for a longer time then I used to be able to and then still be able to run my next turn.
